About....The Sonoma County Cagers is a highly organized competitive & developmental basketball program for elementary, middle and high school boys. Our teams are built around the teaching of sound basketball fundamentals and proven team concepts. We will stress the importance of education, sportsmanship, self-control, hard work, and the many other important basketball concepts that can be applied to adult life.

SPRING CAGERS PROGRAM

Spring Travel Basketball

We will compete at both the Select and Club levels in order to place student athletes in a challenging and competitive environment at an appropriate level and  give each student athlete the best chance to improve as a player while keeping a high self esteem.

FALL CAGERS PROGRAMS

Sunday School

The Fall Cagers Program is focused on skill development and consists of Sunday Evening meetings which last for an hour and forty-five minutes.  The first hour consists of station and small group work in the areas of shooting, ball handling, passing, rebounding and team offense and defense.  The skill work is followed by forty-five minutes of supervised scrimmage.  This is a great way to prepare for the upcoming School, CYO, and Spring Cager's sessions.

ONE DAY CAMPS AND TOURNAMENTS

The Sonoma County Cagers host various One Day Camps, 3 on 3 tournaments, Team Tournaments and Clinics throughout the year.  The Camps. Clinics and Tournaments are put on to provide local players with a place to play basketball and an environement in which to learn about the game. Sportsmanship and hard work are paramount to the program and will always be emphasized over winning and losing.

Please DO NOT sign up as a parent Volunteer, Coach etc. during registration. Assignments for these positions will be made after assessments and team placements.
